Wow, it's been a while since I've done an article (sorry about that), but I'm back, and I've got a lot of cool stuff to cover!
First, I want to let you know about the winners of this year's Saturn Awards! The whole show was webcast live, and you should really kick yourself for missing it! The Saturn Awards get the least press, but they're ten times better than any of the bigger shows! The awards are all about great genre movies and tv! You know, the great movies and shows that are ignored by the other big guys. All of the winners are listed at Mothership.com, so check them out!
One of the best shows on tv is Now and Again! It won the Saturn Award for best network show, and cast members Margaret Colin and Dennis Haysbert both won their respective categories! The sad news is that the weasels over at CBS have cancelled the show (which had good ratings!) after only one great season. I think those guys are idiots, CBS should be yanked off the air for making such a stupid move! Well, there's a fan movement to save the show, and you can find out more about it at the Now and Again message board, Save Now and Again, or the Save Now and Again Campaign.
On another note, if you're a real image hound, you know that large, high quality images are hard to find. Well, I found a cool collection of large pictures from cool (and not so cool) horror movies! Check out the images section of Creepyclips.com!
I'll modestly say that I run one of the best places to find cool pictures from tv and movies. Well, while I was offline for quite a while recently, my site started to go to pieces on me. I just want to let you know that I've just finished rebuilding my whole movie section! A new movie page is in the works, and I'll be rebuilding the tv section pretty soon! I've also been getting a lot of requests for the screensavers that I've made from time to time. So far I've made four, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Stephen King's IT, Cube and The Frighteners!
