Wallpapers, Celebrities, Hard Copies and more!
For images online, you're at the best spot already, but if you just have to have hard copy pictures from your favorite tv shows and such, check out A Wrinkle in Time. They sell pictures from a lot of great shows! The last thing I want to mention before we get to the magazine reviews is a cool little piece of software called Webshots Desktop. I have this thing myself, and it's a great image source. Once you download the free piece of software, you can browse their site and collect images from their enormous collection! The only major drawback is that they don't have any celebrity or entertainment related desktops, probably for legal reasons. But if you're looking for photographs of people, places and things, you'd be hard pressed to find a bigger collection! The software doesn't really give you access to the image itself for altering or manipulation purposes, but there's a way around that. All you have to do is set the image you want as your desktop, then go into your windows directory and open the image called webshots.bmp in your image editor. From there you can save or manipulate the image as you wish! Well, those are the online image sources that I've found this time around. Now here are some magazines that I just bought:
Sci-Fi TV #8
This great magazine is consistantly the best offline image source I know of! This issue is no exception. There's a great picture filled article about the gorgeous Amanda Tapping who plays Samantha Carter on Stargate SG1, some cool pictures from the great new show Now and Again, and some new pictures from 7 Days! This issue also features an episode list for Buffy the Vampire Slayer and one for Star Trek Voyager! Half of the magazine is about shows I haven't seen or don't like, including some Marvel Comics cartoons (Marvel sucks!), but that still can't kill the coolness of this mag. I highly recommend this to any fan of great television! ($8.99 Canadian)

If you're a horror fan like me, then you can't go wrong with Fangoria. This issue has great pictures and a great article about End of Days! That alone makes this one a must have, but there's more!
