Welcome to my article about great entertainment images on the Web. In these articles, I try to point you all toward great sites that have lots of entertainment images.
Yowza! Do I have some great stuff for all of you image hounds out there today! First, I want to lay some great news on you. In case you haven't heard, the two coolest Canadian entertainment icons ever---Bob and Doug McKenzie!!---are going to have a new movie! Find out all about it here! I can't wait, they really rule eh!
Well, I have a few cool web links that you might want to check out. The first one is Disney's The Black Hole. This is a pretty cool old sci-fi movie and the site has lots of great pictures. The other site that I want to point out is ClaytonBailey.com. This site has a lot of pictures of great life-sized robots built by a cool artist. His art is awesome, so check it out!
A few articles ago, I mentioned an image search engine called Arribavista.com. At that time it had a few major flaws. The main flaw being not relating the images to the pages they were found on very well. Well, the guys over at Arribavista have spruced up their site a great deal! Now, the images that you find link directly to the page that they were found on. This is now one of the best image searchers around, so check it out!
A while ago, I went over a few magazines that I buy regularly. They all have great entertainment images in them, but I just bought one that you should definitely know about! If you're a Star Trek fan at all, you HAVE TO BUY the new Official Star Trek Magazine!!! I just bought the first issue and it totally blew my mind! It's over a hundred pages of amazingly high quality content! I'd say that over 80% of the magazine is great pictures! It's basically a monster Star Trek image archive!! If you miss it, you'll be kicking yourself later!
