Disturbing Behavior is one of the best movies I've ever seen! It just recently came out on video, so go out and rent it today! It's classified as a horror, but it's more of a conspiracy/paranoia movie.
Something strange is happening in the town of Cradle Bay. Teens in the town are changing from normal non-conformist party animals into squeaky-clean Happy Days extras. One of the very few residents who knows that something weird is going on is Gavin Strick (played by Nick Stahl). Gavin has been watching his friends change one by one. One day they're wild kids who love to party and reject authority, the next day they're conformists to the max. Once they make the change, they join the community youth group called the Blue Ribbons. To be a Blue Ribbon is to be a mindless drone with an insanely strict set of morals and a ravenous need to "be good."
When a new guy moves to town, Gavin and his cool drug dealing friend U.V. try to give him the straight story on Cradle Bay. He and Gavin become friends and start to hang out. He doesn't buy Gavin's conspiracy theories, no matter how much Gavin tries to tell him. Then the worst happens and Gavin is scheduled for admittance into the Blue Ribbons.
This movie is a mind-blowing tale of the dangers of conformity, the scary things that could be going on behind the scenes that affect our everyday lives and how far the powerful will go to enforce their will. It's fiction, of course, but the basic premise of people who want to control us and make us conform is very real!
There are some cool places to get pictures from this great movie. First is the Official Site. There are some fan sites that have most of the same pictures as the official site, but fan sites usually last longer than official ones. They usually have info not on the official sites too. The best one I've found is here. Another great place to get images from any new movie is Movieweb. Well, the Movieweb page for Disturbing Behavior is no exception; it has some cool pictures.
Last but not least, I've put up a page with some really great pictures that you won't find anywhere else! The page has info about the ton of footage that the studio made the director cut out of the movie.
