I have some very cool stuff for you this time. I'll start with the best place to get amazing desktop icons. IconsPlus has some of the best icon sets I've seen! This is really professional work! They have Babylon 5 sets, Star Trek sets, Christmas sets and more! I've also found some really great spots to get lots of entertainment related pictures, starting with Steve's Elvira Page. It has tons of pictures of your favorite Mistress of the Dark! It's really cool.
Collecting images from the web is fun, but getting a poster for your wall is even better. There are a lot of poster stores online, but most of them don't have pictures of the posters, or they're way too expensive. I found a couple of cool spots with lots of pictures, and reasonable prices. Movie Posters has tons of pictures, and reasonable prices, and Poster Now has some great posters too. I never buy anything online, but Poster Now looks so cool that I'm thinking about it. They seem to have the best prices too.
The tv show Extra has a website that has a ton of pictures from movies, tv and more. Everything from Conspiracy Theory to Duckman is covered. Just go here and click on one of the three Feature Photos links. A regular visitor to my personal site pointed out Stargalaxy to me. It's a very interesting site. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of tv shows and movies that aren't well represented online, I try to help fix this with my personal site, well Stargalaxy does the same thing. There are a lot of pictures here for shows that are hard or impossible to find online. The weird thing about Stargalaxy is that it's focus is on the child actors of the movies and shows. Still, there are a lot of cool pictures that you won't find anywhere else. The site relies on submissions from visitors, and some of those visitors kind of creep me out. Whoever submitted all of those screen captures of Doogie Howser with no shirt on needs some serious help! Still, if you're having a hard time finding pictures, try this place and you'll probably find something.
If you're a sane, rational person you love the Simpsons as much as I do. Well, if you like a supporting character best of all (Moe Rules!!!) you have to check out The Simpsons Tree. This site tries hard to find a link for every Simpsons character. You'll find a lot of cool Simpsons stuff by following the links. Unfortunately, their Moe link doesn't work, so I'm working on a Moe page. I hope to have it finished soon! Be sure to check out the Hank Scorpio link on the tree, the site is really great!
