taken and for a time, the person becomes comfortable again but then shame and guilt return. A cycle ensues and sometimes goes on forever. Some of these thoughts are being shared today for contemplation by others who have the problem of obsessing on being well, getting well, being sick, or fear of getting sick. Think for a second, how much you are willing to be uncomfortable. I have a feeling the longer you stay uncomfortable, the more well you will become.

Usually I end my articles with a bit of advice for people to smell the flowers; however, today I sense that might be just another form of advice, so I will end with, "goodbye for this month."
