Try to take five minutes today listening to unhealthy thoughts coming from inside of you. After listening to your negative thoughts, write them down but do not act on the thoughts other than writing about them. Now take some time thinking positive thoughts and instead act on these positive thoughts. Then tomorrow, take ten minutes, listen to the unhealthy thoughts without acting, and increase the timeframe each day with a five-minute increase. You will begin to have a changed world.
