To end this feature, the truth is therapy, close friends, spiritual or school counselors can all be used if the truth is told. This was not an easy subject to present today. Humbled, I leave you again with facts shared about myself that are hard to bare. With tears in my eyes and an ache in my heart, I hope I have reached at least one person with either the lifestyle of hypochondria, self-harm or Munchausen (more on this subject later.) I hope you are ready to get some help. That by sharing me - you are seeing you - if so; please be ready to live and tell the truth. Break the chains of lies and denial. Instead of dying as Patsy did, email someone or me you trust. Share what your life is like. I know it will be hard, but it will be the beginning of health for you if you can. I made a different decision than Patsy did. I sought help and finally let the truth out. You can too.

Next issue, a more positive note... Empathy Is Healthier Than Sympathy.
