Positive Cornucopia and Gumption
If you are wandering around even after years of reading and studying (or 12-step meetings) the "positive thinking" solution teaching materials, it may be that the only equation missing from your behavior patterns is to become absolutely convicted that you have no further reason to live in old life patterns. Convince yourself there is not one single reason in life for you to be: ill, lonely, sad, angry, bitter, or doubtful. Stop living a life of danger and become safe by becoming healthy, happy and financially comfortable. Begin instead to practice positive behaviors by getting healthy, feeling like being around people, becoming more forgiving, and you will be well on your way to gaining the confidence it takes to feel awesome. Practice this new way of thinking while your mind wanders, such as on the way to work or school or when you are trying to sleep. The rewards are immense. At the very least, you will receive a life with a feeling that options exist and someday soon, the option just may be on a permanent healthy basis, thinking positive in recovery from whatever it is taking you into the negative spirals. You will find proof that being brave brings the rewards you need. I wish each of you health, happiness and wealth and not because it sounds cool, but because it can be a reality if you want it to be.
