If you have come to the end of yourself in staying out of recovery, please tell someone... write me... Start today. If you find yourself incapable of telling your story, begin your healing by telling someone you need to do this but find it too hard to do. This, in and of itself, will be a beginning. Silence is too large a part of denial. Denial only aids in staying ill.
Take a walk with a pad of paper and begin writing the facts in a diary. Just please begin so your world can brighten and you too, can smile, laugh and heal.
It is no accident that a year later, my topic is again about breaking the silence, for me, there was no other way.
