Hypersensitive or a Hypochondriac

Can you imagine simply deciding to take a walk on a rocky ocean bed? Do you believe that it would be more comfortable of a walk than if you chose a smooth one? Most likely not. More individuals would choose the smooth road rather than walking on a rough road.

It is my belief that the Hypochondriac not only chooses the smooth ocean bed; but they cannot seem to be able to tolerate with ease the rocky one.

It is possible that the consciousness of pain is a delusion. Pain had a higher meaning when it first was given to mankind. It was originally a heightened sense of awareness. Therefore, hypochondriacs who most people consider complainers, are really people with the highest ability to use their sense of awareness. Hypochondriacs are more sensitive not only to pain but to the other senses as well. Some of the most famous writers, artists, actors, and film producers have been hypersensitive hypochondriacs.

During a surgical operation, most patients are drugged in order for them to not be able to feel the pain of the operation. Afterwards, when the medicine begins to wear off, the patient's mind receives messages that pain has arrived once more. Drugs such as Chloroform, Versaid, Morphine and other type of drugs keep the mind from being aware of the condition of the body.

There are human beings that have an ability to live on this great earth and they do so experiencing very little pain. The brains on this type of individual actually create a natural drug that does the same thing as the anesthetic; it keeps the mind from having to concentrate constantly on how it feels. With a hypochondriac, they produce less of the needed natural anesthetic. Therefore, they end up with a heightened sensitivity to each and every message the body receives about discomfort.

Hypersensitive awareness is not a bad condition to have if you become aware you have it. However, you need to be able to overcome what it can do to you. Being hypersensitive can cause depression, emotional problems, anxiety, and many other ills. Nevertheless, once this condition is detected, the individual who has it can use this awareness to have a better than normal life instead of a life that plagues their every hour of every day.

How can I have a better day if I am a hypochondriac?  Learn to be strong minded and not talk about how you feel all the time
