Duck Hunting Recipes

Duck Hunting just opened up last Saturday and many people young and old are out in marshes, lakes, streams, and swamps trying to bag a bird or two.

Last Saturday I had a great time floating down a large river in the Kettle moraine area of Wisconsin. I shot 3 ducks. One teal, one drake, and another teal. When I got home I cleaned them like usually and prepared them to eat. I then realized that many people shoot ducks but many don't know how to cook them.

I did some research on this topic and found some great recipes that I even tried with my ducks at Duck Hunters online at http://duckhunter.com/recipes.htm . You can cook your duck in many different ways like Cajun Stuffed Roast Duck, Barbqued Duck, Duck Stir Fry, and more.
