X of X: A Special Message for the International Communitiesable to enforce it, we need all the support from international communities. This policy, is envisioned to be able just to reduce the conflicts. It will not be able to eliminate racism radically. Racism in our country has deep historical and social roots. We believe that if we want to eliminate racism we have to change the society radically as well. Madame Chairperson, We wish support from the international communities. For the recent conflicts we urge for the UN to place our problems at the apex of the agenda, especially for the problem of the conflicts in Indonesia and particularly the Maluku case, which need to be discussed seriously. We humbly and respectfully plead and urge the UN to get involved in our efforts to aliment racism. Thank you. Jakarta, 31 July 2000 Ester I. Jusuf, Solidarity for the Motherland and Nation-Indonesia
