To enact the Anti-racial and Ethnic Discrimination Act as means to prevent all forms of racial discrimination and to protect citizens form discriminatory behaviour. Long term goals: 1. To obliterate all forms of racial prejudice. This will be a long term goal which must be worked on seriously and consistently. A change in the education system will be a crucial tool to achieving this goal. In our opinion, racism and the struggle against it, as well as universal human rights should be advocated and taught all through primary and secondary school. Public education on such matter should not be confined to schools, but also be done through the mass media: the press, television, radio, and so forth. 2. To build international solidarity, together with like-minded organizations to obliterate racism form our world and achieve peace for humanity. Jakarta, 21st March 2000
