S=Sincerity Your customer will not make a purchase unless you can convey YOUR sincerity about the product and/or services that you offer.

A=Attitude Your attitude about what you offer will come across loud and clear to your customer. Make sure it is a winning one.

L=Listening Provide a means for customer feedback and then listen to what your visitors have to say. While it is very true that you cannot please everyone, feedback from your customers is not to be ignored. Listen carefully to your customers needs and wants and be ready to make changes to your services and/or products that clearly reflect those needs.

E=Enthusiasm The enthusiasm that you have (or lack of it) will be reflected on your web site. Read and re-read the information that is displayed on your site. Ask friends to review your site and give you their feedback. If you are not excited about what you are offering, it is a sure thing that your visitors will not.

S=Safety Your customer needs to feel secure that he is placing an order in a 100% safe and secure environment. You need to provide him with: 1. A merchant account that is approved for the Internet 2. A system of some kind to take his order such as a shopping cart, or secure order form. 3. An encrypted means of transferring the transaction 4. A credit card processing service that takes the transaction in real time on the Internet. 5. Protection against fraud
