It's party time and you need a theme; something simple, easy to do, yet fun for all ages. Have a Beach Party! You can be a thousand miles from the nearest beach, it can be the dead of a Canadian winter, you may even be terrified of the water and you can still have a great time with this theme party.
First, the rules are very loose; change them to suit your circumstances. Second, this can be adapted for a child's birthday, a teen party, a graduation, a couples get together, or any combination of the preceding. Third, it can be as extravagant or as inexpensive as you want to make it. Fourth, all information given here is subject to change by the person giving the party. Some of the occasions this party would work for are: Though in most cases you will want to do your invitations a reasonable length of time before the party, the rest of the preparations are simple enough to do in just a couple of days. To get in the right frame of mind, start here. Let's start with things that will take more time if you decide to use them. INVITATIONS: Have fun with the idea on the invitations. You can call it a "Life's a Beach...Party!" or a "Jimmy Buffett Buffet", maybe tell everyone, "We're having a Lulu of a Luau...and you're invited!", or "We're Happy as Clams that (reason for party)!
