Jamaican Hot Pepper and Horseradish

Hey to all friends and Chileheads. I just installed a new computer. My old one went on the blink with a blue screen showing "Exception has occurred" and for a while I could go into a "Safe Mode" but then that didn't work either. We called a few local repair places and for home repairs it cost $120 per hour. I bought a Compaq "Presario" with 6x the GB and 10 x the RAM of my AST computer for just $500. The repair place said the blue screen was "The screen of death" for computers so why gamble. I love this new keyboard and computer so I guess I made the right decision. What amazes mew is that it cost $200 less than the last one and even a techie-moron like me hooked it up..it reminds me of VCR'S how the price continues to drop and how user friendly they are. Now why can't they do this with cars??? Anyway how does this relate to "Chile News & Views"? I had a few days of downtime and lost about a dozen e-mails. If I didn't answer anyone's e-mail please send it again. Also the Chile Riddle Contest that I was going to run this week was lost along with all bookmarks and my address book in my old hard-drive. So Bev from Potting Shed if you're reading this please fwd. to me the riddle one more time..Thanks! We will hold some type of contest in the future if I cannot get hold of the riddle data.

Better yet Chipper we'll post it for everyone to see. I love to grow and make my own fresh horseradish. I just chop it up in blender and add a few tbs. of white distilled vinegar and salt. I love it on Pork and Roast Beef sandwiches.

I agree and also share your enthuusiasm for Mustard. It is a gourmet seasoning.
I found "Daves Insanity Sauce" to be the Hottest sauce anywhere. Be careful..I wouldn't recommend using a fu ...

Loved your article on horseradish ... and I have been making mine for years -- a simple recipe like yours.
What I would like to know; how is Wasabe processed to be so entirely different!
