Bloodstock Research Information Services (http://www.brisnet.com) has introduced a valuable handicapping tool for those wishing to play many tracks via simulcasting. It's called the Custom Card.
You create the past performance card of your choice, BRISnet says. "Want to avoid maiden races? Pick your favorite tracks and discard the maidens. Looking for claimers on the turf? Generate a complete file with only those races."
It's a great innovation for those desiring to play many tracks. I'm not a great simulcast player, but for those who love plenty of action, the scenarios are endless. You make the choices and print only the races you're interested in betting.
What is so inviting is that you try Custom Card at no charge this month. The instructions are easy -- just visit http://www.brisnet.com/customcard.
However, you must be a member of BRISnet.com. No problem -- it's easy to join. Just click on the free sign-up button on the home page.
With Custom card, you can:
*Designate multiple tracks and a range of post times.
*Find races between two furlongs and three miles.
*Set your specs for dirt, turf or all.
*Choose from a variety of conditions from maidens and allowances to stakes.
