For her dress you will need to cut 2 pieces of the 6 inch wide sparkle tulle into 24 inch lengths, fold each piece in half lengthwise and place on top of one another. Pin folded tulle in place with straight pins to hold in place as you will need to prevent it from moving about. Double your thread and make a running stitch along the bottom about 1/8th of a inch from the folded edge. Gather up and tie off securely. Take your wooden doll head and apply a generous coat of the flesh acrylic paint with the flat brush and allow to dry. Now take the end of your liner brush and dot it with the black paint and dot two circles on it for the eyes. Rinse off and apply the same method for the checks with the dusty mauve. Take your liner brush and with very thin strokes with the black and make eyelashes for your angel, and a small thin half circle for the mouth. Allow to dry and then glue to the dress.

Cut your white pipe cleaner in a 6 inch section, bend in half and glue the center point to the back of the head just above the dress. Form the elbows by bending each arm at the center. Glue a small wooden star to the end of a round party toothpick. Spray with gold spray paint. Then fold end of pipe cleaner to arm. For your angels hair use the low temp glue gun and carefully apply hair to the wooden doll head in small sections.

Glue a party favor wedding ring to the top of the head or you can make one out of star garland. Form a circle by meeting both ends and glue to the head. For the wings take your gold wired ribbon and make a bow, cut a 12 inch piece and place your fingers in the center and fold over in equal sections, secure with the gold wire and shape accordingly. Glue to the back of your angel and let dry. Now take the gold wire and make a hanger, just cut a small section and make a loop and twist and hot glue to the back of the angel head.
