Angel crafts have been around for years with the holiday season approaching I
am looking forward to having some wonderful holiday angel projects in store
for you all. The season of Halloween is fast approaching and with it's coming I
have considered the angel possibilities for a fun angel craft but I am afraid that
I have come up empty with the search for a Halloween angel project. I suppose
there is nothing angelic about this holiday, from my point of view. But I have a
wonderful little Autumn angel in mind for this very occasion. With the coming
of fall are all things new and wonderful, from the changing colors of the leaves
to the fresh new scent to the air. The beautiful colors of fall are a wistful gift
given to us all, some may even call it angelic, within it lies so much beauty and
grace. It's majestic in the nature of its realm.
The supplies you will need are an eighteen-inch grapevine wreath, a hot glue gun, autumn colored ribbon, raffia, wire, wire cutters, three inch styrofoam ball, gold spray paint, silk autumn colored leaves, and green ivy. Getting started first take your grapevine wreath and hot glue your ribbon around it making it loop and twist. Spray paint your styrofoam ball with the gold spray paint, and set aside to dry. Next take your raffia and take half of it and double it over and take your wire and secure it. With the remaining raffia make a large bow for the wings and hot glue this to the back of the other piece of raffia. Then hot glue the head on that you spray painted gold. Now hot glue this on to the wreath and set aside for a moment. Around the head of the angel hot glue some ivy on for her halo, and hot glue some ivy onto the front of her as well. Take your silk leaves and hot glue them randomly on the grapevine wreath, and hot glue some onto the front of your angel. Now take your remaining ribbon Go To Page: 1 2
