As many parents are opting to give Halloween parties, for their Kids. In some places it's just safer to not go trick or treating. If you're one of those parents, or a teacher looking for special party ideas, You've come to the right place. We'll create the most Spooktackular Halloween Party ever.

I have opened the idea crypt and out popped some creepliy wonderful things. But, don't be afraid, it's all in good fun.

Decorations:

Your party will be truly scary if you don't decorate. Here are some ideas from the Crypt Keeper.

1. Use canned string to drape orange and black "strings" from pictures, mirrors and lamps. 2. Replace regular light bulbs with black light, light bulbs. 3. Place, glow in the dark, spiders, rats, and other creepy crawly things, around. 4. In a plastic caldron, place a block of dry ice (use gloves). Pour warm water over the dry ice for a steamy show. ( don't put any food near the dry ice, and use with care!) 5. Play a scary tape or CD, for added affects. 6. Paint some whimsical wooden buckets ( how to's) and personal pumpkin pots ( how to's), for that special touch.

What to Serve:

The Crypt Keeper likes to serve spookfully yummy treats. Here are some of his favorite party pleasers.

1. In Custard cups, place chocolate pudding. Sprinkle crushed Oreo's, center removed, on top. Add a couple Gummy Worms, and you have a delicious dirt desert. 2. Make a Jack O' Lantern Pizza, for the main course. Decorate a cheese pizza with pepperoni wedges, as eyes and nose, and a big green pepper slice smile. Use your imagination, and come up with your own creepy creations. 3. Serve apple cider, with a gummy worm inside, for you beverage.

Fun and Games:

1. Make a felt checkers set. Use black and orange felt for the board, and rubber mice and spiders for the checkers. 2. No Halloween party would be complete with out bobbing for apples. Add some cooked thin spaghetti to the water, for a crawly wormy mix. 3. For the older Kids, have a pumpkin carving contest. Make sure there are prizes for all. 4. For the smaller Kids, Face painting is always a hit. And the materials are very easy to find this time of year. 5. For a spooky spin on pin the tail on the donkey, play pin the teeth on the Vampire. Or, Pin the leg on the spider. 6. A scavenger hunt for creepy crawly things will be frighteningly fun.
