Karma ~ No, You Won't Go to Hell

How, you're asking, do these two concepts relate to each other? Well, Christianity has taken Karma (though they don't call it that) and turned it into something completely messed up, for lack of a better word that I can put into print. Let's discuss what Karma really is.

Every single, teeny-weeny, itsy-bitsy thing in the universe is energy. Even our human bodies - we may look like we're solid, but we're not... our energy is simply moving so fast that it looks like it is one piece of solid mass. I read an article by Car that might put this into simpler terms for us. As you are reading this article, look at your computer screen. It looks like a solid image on the screen, right? Well, it's not. It is millions and millions of flashing lights going so fast that we don't see them blinking at us. It is an illusion. Another part of the mystery? Solved.

Look outside your front door. Do you see the trees? Energy. The grass? Energy. The sun, the moon? Energy. Do you want to know a secret about what God is? God is the original source of all this energy. That's it, plain and simple. ALL of this fabulous energy, and even that not so fabulous energy, comes from exactly the same original piece of energy. We're all connected, the good and the bad and the ugly. No, wait, that's Clint Eastwood. *smile* But you see what I mean.

So... if we're all just tiny pieces of the whole, what does that mean? Imagine for a moment that the entire universe is God. Everything in the universe is a part of God's body. Use your own body as an example, just on a much greater scale. God's body would be enormous, while our own body as a part of God's body would just be a single cell. Now if we look at it that way, imagine that most of the cells are working perfectly fine, putting off positive energy, doing their job to help God's body function properly. Then imagine that there is a group of negative energy cells (these would be the people who are negative here on earth). These negative energy cells within God's body would work just like the negative cells in our own body, creating disease and illness and dysfunction. AAahhh, light bulb moment!
