Imagine yourself as an adult, walking over to that precious child. Pick the child up, spin in circles, hug and laugh. Allow this little child to feel all the love and happiness in the world. This little child lives inside of you, and it is your responsibility to love and care for this child. You are this child. Like a little child, you have the ability to heal yourself ~ body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Nothing compares to the healing powers of your own mind!
