Positive Energy

Some days, we just feel exhausted, like we can't motivate ourselves to accomplish even the smallest tasks. What causes this? Negative energy. Do you just feel down in the dumps? Achy in every part of your body? Depressed? I used to feel this way almost every single day. I'm one of those people who pick up on the energies of other people and places. These energies effect me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Actually, I think lots of us do and just don't realize it.

The first step is to change the energy in our bodies. The second step is to put up a protective shield around our bodies so that negative energy bounces right off of us. This can be done with a very simple self-hypnosis technique that cleanses our chakras and our aura and leaves us feeling absolutely beaming with light energy. Here's how you do it:

CHANGING OUR ENERGY

Sit somewhere comfortably, close your eyes, and just relax. Starting with the very top of your head, just feel yourself beginning to calm... let that feeling flow down into your forehead, easing away all the little worry lines... flowing into your face... relaxing every little muscle there... your eyes relax... your mouth and then your chin... just relax... feel the muscles loosening... easing... picture waves of stress and negativity floating away from your head area like a steam...

Allow this feeling to go down into your neck... into your shoulders... relax the muscles... visualize the stress rising away from you in a mist... it floats high into the atmosphere and is dissolved away... the energy around the earth has the ability to cleanse and renew this energy into something positive and healing...

Relax the muscles in your upper back... your arms... your arms will begin to feel loose and limp... very heavy and relaxed... this flows into your middle back... your lower back... the negative energy just floats away... relax all the way down into your hips... your thighs... your legs are so heavy... it feels as if someone has placed heavy bags of wet sand on your legs... anything negative just floats away... all the way down into your calves... and right down to the very tips of your toes... your entire body is calm, relaxed... you can see the last little bits of negative energy rising away from your body...

Now, picture yourself sitting in the cool grass beside a beautifully mirrored pond beneath an incredible waterfall... it is the most peaceful and healing place you have ever seen... create this haven for yourself in your mind... All of your favorite things are here... all your favorite positive things are right here with you...
