Body, Mind, Spirit... and CreativityJo also managed to get me to face one of my phobias by drawing a fun Christmas cartoon of a mouse. I can't say that I've completely released my fear of mice, but I would've never before been able to see one as a cute, furry little critter rather than a ferocious little beast! AND I'm quite anxious to draw some more of them! Besides the healing that I was able to do, I had more fun than I ever imagined that I would! It was nice to take some time and do something for myself. When I told Jo that I had finished the course, she asked if that meant I was going to stop drawing - Not on your life! I've found that the few minutes I spend drawing each day relieves stress, relaxes me, and gives me an energetic boost! This is something that I will treat myself to for the rest of my life, I'm sure! The price of Visual Literacy is $34.95 for the interactive course and $29.95 for the quick course. I highly recommend the interactive course so that you can fully benefit from Jo's knowledge and enthusiasm. Treat yourself, and I promise you won't regret it!
