Gemini

The parts of the body ruled by Gemini are the shoulders, arms, hands, and lungs. This leaves Gemini with problems of the upper respiratory system, bronchitis, and asthma, as well as sprains and fractures in the shoulderes, arms, and hands.

Gemini has an absolutely need for relaxation because they expend a lot of nervous energy. They should avoid coffee and other stimulants, as well as junk food. Their cell salt is potassium chloride, so they benefit from a diet with asparragus, green beans, tomatoes, celery, carrots, spinach, oranges, peaches, plums, apricots, and wild rice, as well as grapefruit, almonds, broiled fish, shellfish, grape juice, apples, raisins, lettuce, and cauliflower. They also need milk, buttermilk, and/or cottage cheese for their bones.

Geminis should never smoke, or subject their chests to harsh weather. They benefit from deep-breathing and yoga, and should do exercises or play sports that strengthen their upper arms.

Cancer

Cancer rules the breasts and the stomach. Their cell salt is calcium flouride. Cancerians have problems with weight as they grow older and have increased difficulty losing excess weight. Tension, anxiety, and stress are hard on the Cancer person, so they are prone to ulcers, gallbladder upsets, gas, nausea, gastritis, and digestive problems.

Cancerians have to watch their diet and not eat for comfort. Foods rich in their cell ssalt are egg yolks, whole grain rye, yogurt, beets, watercress, fish, and oysters. They also need foods with calcium, cheese, kale, lettuce, tomatoes, and okra, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. They should avoid starches, sugar, salt, and spicy foods.

Leo

Leo rules the spin, back, and heart, thus they are susceptible toback fatigue and pain and pressure around the heart. Fortunately, they have generally healthy vitality and are known for their longevity.

Their cell salt is magnesium phosphate. Foods rich in this cell salt are wheat and rye, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, figs, lemons, apples, peaches, coconut, rice, seafood, beets, asparagus, romaine lettuce, egg yolks. They also need blood-aiding foods, such as beef, lamb, poultry, liver, fresh fruit, salad greens, cheese, whole milk, and yogurt. Leos also benefit from iron rich foods like spinach, raisins, and dates, as well as heart strengthening foods like plums, pears, and oranges.

Leos need to protect their backs, avoid heavy lifting, practice good posture, and get plenty of sun and exercise.

Virgo

The parts of the body ruled by Virgo are the nervous system and intestines, thus they tend to have nervous anxiety, tension, and stress.
