Health Tips Series - Part 3

One of the most important things we learn to do spiritually is contact our spirit guides. When we learn to hear and understand their messages, we can use the information we receive to grow as spiritual beings. This script is done in a prayer-like reverence. Begin by getting comfortable in a sitting position. Place your hands on your thighs, palms up, and relax your arms. Loosen up and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in to the count of 8... hold it to a count of 8... and exhale to a count of 8. (If this is too difficult to begin with, start with 4.) Do this 8 times, and then continue breathing in and out to this rhythm. Now imagine that your devotional chakra is open at the center of the back of your head. Be open and relaxed and aware. Ask to remember a time when you heard and understood your spirit guides' messages. Ask what messages a guide or angel has been trying to get through to you recently. Ask your guide or angel what question you should be asking, then ask that question. Open your mind. You may receive very clear messages... or you may have to just let your mind ramble in order for it to form a thought... or it may come in as an insight or intuition several days later.
