Mothers DayIn 1914, the United States President, Woodrow Wilson, proclaimed Mothers Day as an official national holiday, to be observed on the second Sunday in May. Today, let us rejoice that God gave us a mother. Show her that you love her –- send her flowers, bake her a cake, sit with her in church, take her out for lunch, give her a hug. And if your mother has passed away, thank God for those cherished memories.
