Grandma's recipes for jams, jellies, preserves and marmalade. (These are wonderful for canning and storing for the long winter months or giving as gifts in decorated jars.) 5. Tons of recipes on one site for all the different varieties of berries.

The other web sites listed give information about growing strawberries, incect & disease, selection & care, straberry shorts, history & lore, nutrition, reicpes, farms, festivals, facts. Berries are not only a delicious way to adorn a table for a summer party they are also very healthy. Grocery stores are full of fresh ripe berries. Picking them straight from the garden can also be a good way to spend some quality time with your children or grandchildren which ever the case may be.
