The Wedding Shower

The evening ended with my sister and I reminising about how even though our grandmothers were now deceased they were still at the shower. Her roomate had wrapped her vale in a box that she had found in Carol's attic. She did not know that the box was old and it had belonged to Carol's grandma Russell. Just after the shower was over my mother gave Carol a box that had some of our Nannie Bray's crystal in it. After we discussed this Carol said to me that Nannie was there because I looked just like her and I said the same about her grandmother.:) It was one of those wonderful sister moments.
