Sacajawea: Interpreter

Mar 15, 2005 - © Mary M. Alward

We will probably never know exactly when Sacajawea died, as there are no written records. She is said to be buried between Charbonneau and her nephew on the Wind River Reservation. A monument has been erected on the site.
