Awarded to the album that has achieved outstanding music sales and/or had a major impact on Hip-Hop culture between February 1999 and January 31, 2000.

I'm going to have to get back to you on this one too. This is not an easy decision.

Best Fashion Designer/Label - All Designer Labels Lose!!!!
Awarded to the fashion designer or label that has best captured the essence of Hip-Hop fashion and style.

I'm not into designer gear. I think they should re-think this category.

I'd like to nominate Hi-tec for ill producing, and Rawkus for best label.....which is a missing category. Also, Mista Sinista for best turntablist......again: where are the DJ's? ...
