If you are sure about the college of your dreams, however, then by all means apply early. Get the application in by the early application deadline, sit back and relax for a few weeks, and when you hear (hopefully!) that you have been accepted you'll be way ahead of the game and have a lot less work to do than your friends! Colleges certainly do like early decision, because they can guarantee a certain percentage of enrollees that way. Good luck!!
