To make a medicinal tea: The PDR to Natural Medicines recommends .6 grams of the dried leaf form, taken three times daily. For tea, pour a cup over 1-2 teaspoons of the crushed, dried leaf and steep for 15 to 20 minutes. A tincture can also be used at a dose of 10-20 ml three times per day. REMEMBER: One dose does NOT fit all!! Start out small and work your way up to within the recommended dosage parameters. This goes for any herb!
