This site offers an informative newsletter featuring different herbs descriptions, herbs that are on sale, maybe an inspiring quip or two.

Papa Geno's is located in Nebraska, and they ship live plants from March to late June. They state that they have "the most complete listing of herb plants available via a WebSite". They were the herb supplier for Garden.com before that company dropped out.
It is easiest to shop here by category, for instance 'kitchen garden', 'ornamental herbs', 'thymes', etc. They have a whole section on scented geraniums and healing herbs.
