It's time to start that list of herb plants/seeds if it hasn't already been started. The following are herbs of interest found from online sources:

Basil, lime scented
http://www.garden.com

This variety combines the great taste of basil with lime flavor, and could be used in chicken dishes, fish recipes, and much more! How about making some lime basil vinegar? Plants are eight to twelve inches tall.

Basil, 'Mrs. Burns Lemon'
http://www.garden.com

A new lemon basil this year, but not really new-- it's an heirloom! Garden.com claims this variety has bigger leaves than any of the other lemon basils. Uses for lemon basil, like the lime basil, can be for poultry, fish dishes, iced tea, use your imagination!

Basil, 'Nufar Hybrid'

Parks Seed Co. and also Territorial Seed Co. are offering this Genovese type, fusarium resistant sweet basil.

Coriander (Leaf)

Richters says it's slowest to bolt-- a very important factor when it comes to cilantro!

Lemon Balm, Citronella
http://www.richters.com

This is reportedly the most fragrant of the lemon balms, 10-12" high, and mildew resistant.

Lemon Balm, Quedlingburger
http://www.richters.com

This is a taller variety, growing up to 20-24" high, good production.

Mint, Julia's Sweet Citrus
http://www.richters.com

This herb was named after Julia Child, and Richters says she grows it in her garden.Richters advises its use for the usual culinary items, but also suggests it would make a great hanging basket plant. What a great idea!

Mint, Sweet Pear
http://www.richters.com

This mint gives off a scent of ripe pears (mints are amazing). this would be a nice contrast plant since it has downy, silvery grey leaves. This is an exclusive with Richters.com; they own the exclusive propagation rights.

Sage, White Dalmation
http://www.richters.com

This variety is reputed to have less of a bitter taste to it. The leaves are smaller than standard sage.

Sage, Italian Aromatic
http://www.garden.com

By the name it sounds like it might be good, but there is not enough information in the description to evaluate it or distinguish it from common sage. Height:30"
