Planning If you have a plot of land, make a drawing of your garden. What shape do you want it to be? Will there be any ornaments or borders? If you have a balcony or indoor space, get a collection of pots together. Remember, most herbs like lots of sun. If you have a sunny window, fine. If not, get a grow light.
