Rikets Interview
Everywhere and forever; just wait, we're coming to your town and I better see you there. How and why did you get started in music? I got started in music by meeting Tommy Lee when I was 9 at an L.A. kings game my babysitter took me to. He was so damn cool. My babysitter was hanging with him at the time, so we got to hang. It was so surreal and after that it was all down hill. I wanted to have that presence he had when he walked in a room. Who were some of your musical influences and inspirations growing up? Motley Crue, Duran Duran, Machine Head, N.W.A, Pungent Stench, and Bob Ritchie. He has always been a great business man, so I kinda just soaked it all in and grew. The Final Five (questions a little out of the ordinary)Who are your heroes (either personal or musical)? Personal? Would be Hunter S. Thompson. Musical? Leonard Cohen If you could witness any moment in history in person, what would it have been? Nothing in this country's history intrigues me to want to travel back in time. I'd rather go forward and see how human beings live and how badly western civilization has declined. What was the best year of your life, and why? I haven't had it yet. What is your most prized possession (not including family or pets)? My peace of mind of what I've accomplished so far in my life. Who's the hottest woman on the planet? Staci Flood (www.staciflood.com)...we've known each other since birth. Anything For the Devil is available now. For more information, visit http://www.rikets.com
