Stress Reduction Learning to deal with stress is another important aspect of healing your heart. Learning some form of relaxation is a must. There are many ways to go about this. They also can change some parts of your personality. Type A behaviors can be modified with a serious commitment to learning how to relax. Body/Mind Connection Science has now accepted the fact that the mind and body are not two distinct entities that do not influence each other. Studies have shown that relaxing the entire body and mind with some form of stress management is even more beneficial than exercise.
