Whiter TeethWhiter Teeth By Pamela Conoly Want whiter teeth? There are kits on the market that, with a regular regimen promise you whiter teeth, but may not be all that healthy for your gums because they use certain chemicals. The healthiest way to whiten your teeth is to first see your Dentist for a cleaning.Use a good tartar control with floride toothpaste. Certain foods and beverages can leave permanent stains with frequency like tea, coffee, etc. So try to moderate these. Look for other alternatives like water, clear soft drinks, apple juice, white grape juice, etc. Herbal teas do not stain your teeth like regular tea can and they are even more relaxing for you because of their non-caffiene content. Stay away from particularly red hot spicy snacks like red hot pork rinds. The spices in these snacks if eaten regularly can yellow your teeth. You may say: Well, what about the movie stars? I know for a fact that they have there teeth whitened all the time. If I had that kind of money I would be able to do that too. But why would you want to? Besides, you don't know how much they've spent on oral surgery for gum disease either! The healthiest way is not the most expensive way and its not always the easiest. But is is the best way to have whiter teeth. I am not trying to degrade anyone who sells kits on the market for whitening teeth nor am I trying to slander anyones business. I'm not saying that you have to totally cut out all of your spicy ooey gooey foods. But everbody could do well with a little moderation. Here's to a brighter smile. :)
