Soothing Bath
By Pamela Conoly
Save the shower for getting clean in a hurry or going to work and after workouts. A soothing bath is just for you so make it fun! Now,I'm not saying that you should go out and get mud and dump it into your tub,but you can be creative. There are herbal and botanicals that you can put in for your senses. If you have roses you can snip a few(make sure they are bug free and no thorns) and add them to your bath. Just a few, though. Make sure they are snipped as close to the flower as possible. Or you can just use rose petals or some other kind of flower. Make sure it is not one that you or anyone in your house is allergic to. If you have ever been to a craft show or a bodyworks soaps shop where they primarily specialize in bath things, you’ve probably seen the kinds of soaps that have fruit embedded in them. These are perfect for this kind of soothing bath. Don't forget your pillow and some cucumber slices for your eyes and you've got your soothing bath! ;)
