You may not think you need to exercise. You may even have a diversion to fruits and vegetables,or you may be allergic to some forms of fiber. But,that is still no exuse for not taking care of yourself. No one is allergic to exercise,at least,not anyone I know. Your diet is suppose to be designed to fuel your body,while exercise is designed to help your body distribute that fuel to the right places. But,with little or no exercise,it gets distributed in all the wrong places. So,if your diet makes you act like a couch potato,pretty soon,you will also start to look like one. You’ve heard the saying “You are what you eat”? Well,it’s true! You cannot expect to have a beautiful complexion if you Do not get the proper agenda of vitamins and minerals to your body. Just as well,if you don’t exercise you will not have proper cardiovascular Distribution of your blood to your body,which has a lot to do with the shape of Your complexion as a whole. Meaning,rosey cheeks and healthy glow. So,you see,all of these things tie in perfectly to work together to give you optimum performance of all of the right foods and excercise to help your body and your complexion to be as beautiful as it can be. Remember,it is harder to start than to keep it going. Once you get started, stick to it. You will be thankful in the long run,be more beautiful and healthier. ,Diet and Exercise.
