S t r e s s !! By Pamela Conoly What you can do about it!

Our Jobs,the kids,your spouse,the bills,sometimes even trying to figure out what you Are going to make for dinner that night can really be stressful by the end of the day. Here are some ways to get around stress,and have a calming influence over your life.

At the end of the day,find the time to put your feet up,close your eyes and put some cuumber Slices on your eyelids. Not everyone has cucumbers on hand all the time. So if not cucumbers a nice Coldwater rinsed washcloth will do nicely.

Put on some soft music, make it something that YOU like to listen to.

Cleanse your face with your favorite facial cleanser. Try a facial mask, mud, or another kind.

Make yourself your favorite drink, nothing fancy, or a lot of trouble. Sometimes a little Mineral water with a slice of lemon can be quite refreshing…Try it!

Get out of your daily office duds,and put something loose-fitting, sweats,or if it’s hot something That is befitting to the weather.

Now, sometimes you don’t always have this time to yourself until the kids go to bed. In this case, It works best to put on your most comfortable bed clothes, do everthing else listed above. After your done, light a soothing candle.

If time permits, soak yourself in a warm bath,Your favorite bath oil,bubble bath,or bath beads will Sooth your sences remarkably well. Try it! It really works.

I mentioned candles earlier, sometimes putting a soothing scented candle in the bathroom,not too Close to the tub,for safety sake,can be suprisingly soothing!

I guarantee a couple of days of this and you will have a handle on your stress factor. It won’t Make it go away entirely, but it will surely lessen the effects that stress has on your life, And your family.

All of these things work fine. Trying to find the time to do them? You say, Is another story. Thus,id you try to look for the time to do these things for yourself, you won’t find it!

So, you have to make time,and it takes a little effort on your part, but It is worth it in the long Run for everyone concerned. Especially you. If you feel good you have a better chance of having more good days.! I have listed some links that might help you find the things you need for your stress relief therapy.
