Last In A Three Part Series
My Introduction To Barleygreen In May 1992, as I was shopping one day in my favorite health food store, I noticed a box of Barleygreen on the top shelf in the vitamin section of the store. I began reading the nutritional information on the box and then looked around hoping to locate a salesperson I could talk to about this product. As I was holding the box in my hand, a customer in the store approached me when she overheard me asking my friend who came shopping with me, to help me find someone in the vitamin department to talk to. She introduced herself to me and informed me that she was an Independent Distributor for AIM the company who markets and distributes Barleygreen and other nutritional products. She then proceeded to share with me all that she knew about this wonderful green powder. I was so moved by the information she presented to me, that I immediately decided to try it and put the box of Barleygreen in my shopping cart. I would have purchased the product from her that day had she offered to sell it to me, but instead she gave me her phone number and we said our goodbyes. Although I am not able to see her as much as I would like to, Julia and I have been the best of friends since that day. Up until the time that I had discovered Barleygreen, I was not interested whatsoever in any of the MLM companies I had heard about, nor was I even the slightest bit interested in the various products being sold by their representatives. I had been stung before and no matter what anyone said to me during a sales pitch, I had made up my mind that I sure was not going to allow myself to be "taken in" again. However, it didn't take long for me to change my mind. In just a few short months of including Barleygreen in my diet, I began to experience notable improvements in my health. The results continued, and this caused me to at least attempt to be more open to hearing what someone had to say about these type companies. I realized that I should not slam the door so quickly in someone's face and not to paint all MLM companies with the same broad brush. Later I decided to sign up as an Independent Distributor with AIM under Julia's downline.
