The Hyatt is one of Waikiki's most elegant upscale luxury hotels. Located nine miles from Honolulu International Airport, the Hyatt will not disappoint you. Centrally located in the heart of Waikiki this hotel has many amenities. There is a wonderful selection of more than 60 shops and boutiques located on the first three floors of the complex. They include Esprit, Kino Bean Coffee Shop and Gucci. There is also travel desk and car rental offices on site. The famous International marketplace is less than a block away for more shopping and dining.
There are five restaurants including Ciao Mien that features an Italian/Chinese cuisine combination menu. Mushashi serves traditional Japanese cuisine and the Colony is a great steak and seafood restaurant. The Terrace Grille serves informal meals all day long. The unique Texas BBQ and Sushi Bar has Country and Western music videos to entertain you while dining from this contrast of cuisine. Harry's Bar is the most informal of the watering holes in this hotel. It is located in the center atrium adjacent to the waterfall. It is a great spot to sit and enjoy free nightly entertainment from Polynesian to Jazz while sipping on a favorite cocktail.
There are two whirlpools and one swimming pool with additional sun decks located on each tower rooftop. For a dip in the warm blue Pacific, or to enjoy the beach and activities, the Hyatt is located just across the street. There you will find many days worth of fun, catamaran rides, surfing and canoe rides, people watching and more.
This hotel is Waikiki's fourth largest with 1,230 rooms and 16 suites. Guestrooms include color cable TV, voice mail, direct dial telephones, coffee makers, hair dryers, iron/ironing boards, alarm clock radios and full bath amenities.
For more luxury, make a selection from the Regency Room categories. In additional to everything in a guest room there are other amenities that include Regency Club Lounge privileges. The regency club Lounge is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. followed by late morning and early afternoon snacks. Refreshments and complimentary cocktails and hor d'oeuvers served in the evening from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Cordials, coffee and desserts are available from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There is also a complimentary transportation service within the Waikiki area.
