Stories and Hauntings

How many people have experienced something that they can not explain? Have you ever felt that icy wind crawl up your neck, that phantom touch on your shoulder when no one was there? Did you shake it off as your imagination, or think about it for days? These questions burn within me, but I can never seem to get any good answers. Most people I have asked, reply that they don't believe in ghosts, or they haven't had any experiences to think about it one way or another. And believe me, I ask just about everyone!

I recently spoke with a friend I met online about it, after realizing that I'd never asked him my signature question. Jim said he did believe in ghosts, but said all his stories were too long, but I urged him to shorten them for me.
Jim: Ok I have had two really weird ghost experiences, both were dead young girls. One's name was Heather, and the other (after much debate with his brain) was Kara. What do you want to know about the experiences?

Me: What were you doing immediately before the experiences?

Jim: With Heather I was watching TV and I heard a giggle and then, "help me, help me," and the door slammed. My friend got locked int he bathroom and got to watch the drawer in there shake, then the circuit blew and the power died.

He knew who she was because he saw her briefly, and has always been slightly psychic, and just 'knew' her name.

Me: Now, on to Kara...

Jim: She is an icky. She kept giving me nightmares cause she wanted me to get her something. I ripped the whole house apart and ended up digging a 7 foor deep hole in her sandbox. I even ended up going to the place where she died and didn't know it until a month later. I finally found her necklace after like a year, and boy did she get pissy when I quit looking for it. My parent thought I was nuts. She would talk to my little brother and help him dig in the sandbox.

Me: How did you found that out?

Jim: Cause my parents bought the house from her dad, and he lived close and her dog even still satayed with us, and she would just cause shrieking all the time when I was up by myself. And I went to the graveyar and found her grave ASAP. First one I looked at. Now that I found her necklace she is nice again, but she didn't move on. I think that is a bs thing if you ask me.

hmm, Jim's experiences are weird but interesting.

I only had one "ghostly" experience, and that one was with my dead mother. I never knew her, you see, she died when I was a baby, and when she ap ...
