Herve Filion has been officially cleared of all charges in New York.
Other drivers/trainers take note that he chose not to race in another state during this investigation. I salute Herve for taking this position. Moni Maker is going to be driven by Julie Krone in an attempt to break the trotting under saddle record. Who really cares about the trotting under saddle record? Who thought of this worthless idea? The groom of the year only gets a jacket? How cheap can this industry be? This just shows what this industry thinks of its grooms. Show the grooms the money!
