The most essential of live is family and the serenity for every living body on this earth. When we think of family gathering we think of our home which is our sanctuary, Uarchitopia provides that in a nutshell by being an urban community based architecture company. The CEO and President, Inger and Timothy Rice, elude - this is their passion. Providing a perfect world through architecture with much of their contributions to the community in Harlem.
While Timothy is a native of Harlem, New York, Inger was born in Dominica Republic when at the age of 5 she arrived in the Big Apple. They are both undergraduates of New York Institute of Technology: Timothy Rice received his masters at Columbia University for Urban Design Architecture while Inger is finishing up her masters at New York Institute of Technology for Energy Management.
"We use architecture to build a better world by molding the appearance of our streets, highways, and buildings. These structures can have serious impact in the way we as inhabitants live and perceive our neighborhood," says Inger. The firm focuses on providing their clients a new outlook of their Brownstone home, a feeling of quiescence and comfort.
Uarchitopia have been in business since 1993 providing their clients the best in Brownstones and Apartment renovation - in addition, Uarchitopia have participated in many commercial projects; stores and restaurants, through skilled investigation, analysis, and impeccable urban design. Currently serving over 20 clients, Inger and Timothy are being kept substantially busy.
With the understanding of the industry market, building codes requirement, technical data, and skills relating to the design in order to accomplish the finished Brownstone - a potential client can get overwhelm of the many steps for the outcome relating to the project. Their supporting staff: Erick Navarro, Raul Narvaez, and Wendy Rountree will assist in making the process less stressful by taking care of all of the details to produce the extraordinary workmanship. "It's such a pulchritude - I'm completely satisfied with the work Uarchitopia did with my Brownstone; the outcome was more than I ever envision," says Laura Hope, a client.
Inger notes a potential client must consider a few things before initial consultation: What is it you wish to do with your Brownstone? Who will occupy it? Is this an investment or rental property? Do you have a wish list, a set budget in mind and provide magazine pictures of the items desired in your Brownstone?
