Mahogany (Episode 3)


putting up my things, so I walked toward the back porch. When I made it inside, I saw two pieces of my luggage near the stairways. I picked up the small bag and started to go upstairs as my mind raced with Nate behind the wheel.

Nate has the most beautiful honey colored eyes and smooth fire-brown complexion with a gorgeous built frame body that a woman could not miss even if she is blind. I suddenly noticed that I was smiling when a familiar voice called out for me; it was Josie's.

“Jewels, come out here there is someone to see you chile…ain’t that something yo’ only been here a few hours and yo’ got visitors.”

I couldn’t image anyone in Georgia, that I knew of, who would come to visit me. I set down my luggage and walked to the front door, opening it with extreme curiosity. I peered out and found the person's back facing me due to Josie carrying on a conversation with my visitor. When the person finally turned around, I let out a gasp and took a step backwards to regain my composure...
