If ingrown hairs do occur, always remove them with tweezers prior to shaving. Shaving over ingrown hairs can cause a nasty case of razor burn. I use a product known as bump-stopper after shaving, which eliminates bumps and redness. Bump-stoppers are usually found in the ethnic hair sections of supermarkets. Look in the aisle where they sell hair relaxers and products for African-American haircare.

Skincare is something that should not be viewed as a chore, like doing laundry or shopping for groceries. It is something that reflects a man's sense of pride and responsibility. It should be like restoring a classic car or tending a vegetable garden or a maintaining a lawn. If you take pride in the appearance of your automobile or your house, why not take the same kind of pride in your skin? You'll feel better, look younger and every woman on earth will agree that nothing beats the look of a well-groomed man.
